STEP 1: Ensure your skin is clean, exfoliated and moisturiser-free.

STEP 2: Shake well. Spray mousse liberally onto a Bondi Sands Application Mitt. Apply to legs, arms and body with long, sweeping motions. Use what’s left on the mitt for hands, elbows, knees and feet. For a deeper glow, apply a second coat after 30 minutes.

STEP 3: Allow 6–8 hours for tan to develop on skin. Shower with warm water (no soap!) and gently pat dry.

Q. What colour will it develop into?
A. Aero will leave the skin with a deep, bronzed glow, similar to the results of our Self Tanning Foam in Dark.

Q. How do I apply this product?
A. For an even, streak-free application, use the Bondi Sands Application Mitt. Using the mitt will also eliminate the chance of ending up with tanned palms. The aerated formula is ultra-lightweight, allowing for a smooth, even application and a touch-dry in seconds result, as well as a deeper, longer-lasting tan. Leave on skin for at least 6 hours for a deep, bronzed glow.

Q. What makes the formula fast-drying?
A. Aerosol foams absorb into the skin more quickly for a more controlled and comfortable self tanning experience. The advanced formula and aerated format assist in the formula absorbing and drying on the skin quickly, in comparison to regular self tanning foams. As aerosol foams absorb into the skin more quickly, we recommend working in sections.

Q. What about the formula makes it our longest lasting?
A. Bondi Sands Aero contains dual action tanning actives to achieve a dark and long-lasting colour. Our advanced formula combines salon quality tanning actives with Vitamin E and Jojoba. Both are known for their moisturising benefits; Aero intensely hydrates and nourishes the skin, resulting in prolonged tan longevity.

Q. What’s the difference between this and 1 Hour Express? Why would you use this formula over the Express tan?
A. Bondi Sands Express helps tackle those last-minute tanning moments, with a formula that develops into a genuine deep tan in just 60 minutes. Bondi Sands Aero offers a deeper and longer-lasting tan when left to develop for at least 6 hours, in comparison to Express.

Q. What makes it intensely hydrating?
A. The formula contains both Vitamin E and Jojoba. Both ingredients are known to assist in moisturising the skin, in turn aiding in tan longevity.

Q. How long will my tan last?
A. Aero gives you an amazingly rich, natural and flawless tan that can last up to 7 days. With good preparation and moisturising, this could be considerably longer.

Q. Does it have a colour guide?
A. Until washing the tan off, you do have to be mindful that the bronzer in the tan (the colour in the formula that helps you apply the tan evenly) may transfer onto items of clothing. It does, however, dry fast and any transfer will be minimal. Rest assured, all ingredients in our products are water soluble and should easily wash out.
