Customer Review Terms and Conditions
Introduction
1) These terms and conditions (Terms) apply whenever you submit a review to us (together with our affiliates, we, us or our). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting a review as, by submitting a review, you agree to these Terms.
2) These Terms should be read alongside our Customer Review Policy and Privacy Policy. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and those policies, these Terms take precedence in relation to reviews.
3) We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on our website. The updated Terms will apply to all reviews submitted after the date they are published.
Submitting a review
4) By submitting a review, you confirm that:
a) you are at least 18 years old;
b) your review is based on your own genuine experience;
c) your review is accurate, honest and not misleading;
d) you are not impersonalting another person or posting on someone else’s behalf without permission;
e) you own the content of your review and any related rights (including intellectual property rights); and
f) you agree to waive any moral rights you may have in relation to the review.
What you must not submit
5) You agree not to submit any content that:

b) infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights;
c) violates any law or regulation;
d) is, or may reasonably be considered to be, offensive, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful, harassing or otherwise inappropriate;
e) contains personal information (like personal contact details);
f) contains references or links to third party websites;
g) contains viruses, malware or other harmful material; or
h) is written in exchange for payment or compensation from a third party (unless it’s a clearly disclosed incentive from us).
Incentives and disclosure
6) Where we offer incentives to leave a review (such as loyalty points or free products), this will be clearly disclosed in line with our Customer Review Policy. Even where you receive an incentive, your review must still reflect your genuine experience.
Use of your review
7) By submitting a review, you give us permission to use it worldwide, forever, without payment. This includes permission to copy, edit, display, publish, adapt and/or translate the review for purposes connected with our business, including marketing and promotional activities.
8) Any edits will be limited to clarity, grammar or length and will not change the original meaning or sentiment.
Responsibility for content
9) You are responsible for the content you submit.
10) We may remove or refuse to publish any review that does not follow these Terms, our Customer Review Policy or applicable law.
11) Reviews may be publicly visible and are not confidential.
Indemnity
12) You agree to indemnify (cover) us against losses or claims arising directly from:

b) any content you submit that is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of others.
Your legal rights
13) Nothing in these Terms limits or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law and disputes
14) These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15) Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of (handled by) the courts of England and Wales.

16) Any personal data you provide to us in connection with a review will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
