Q. When will my pre-order be delivered?
A. Pre-orders will be shipped early February. You will receive an email when your order is on its way. Any orders containing both pre-order and non pre-order items will be sent together early February. To receive your other Bondi Sands items as soon as possible, we recommend placing a separate order.
Q. Which charities does Bondi Sands support?
A. We have committed to providing immediate relief through a donation of AU$100,000 divided between the Salvation Army and WIRES Wildlife Rescue.
Recognising the need for longer term support after the bushfire crisis, 100% of proceeds from our Reusable Cups and Bottles are going to the Australian Red Cross to support bushfire relief across Australia.
Q. Why is there an increased cost for postage and handling on your charity products?
A. This is to help cover the cost of processing and sending the product.
Q. Are these items tax deductible?
These products are not tax deductible.
Q. Can I refund my Reusable Cup/Bottle?
A. Due to the nature of charity donations we cannot offer a refund on these products. Frank Green offer a 12-month replacement warranty if your item is faulty.
